Terms of Service
Last updated: May 6, 2026
General
Acceptance, scope, and your obligations when using Wisper
By purchasing, accessing, or using Wisper (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Wisper is a script hub for the game platform Roblox. It provides users with loader scripts that inject game-specific automation scripts into supported Roblox games via a third-party executor. Wisper is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Roblox Corporation.
The use of third-party scripts, exploits, or automation tools in Roblox violates Roblox's Terms of Service. By using Wisper, you acknowledge and accept that:
- Your Roblox account may be temporarily or permanently banned by Roblox Corporation.
- Wisper is not responsible for any bans, restrictions, or penalties applied to your account.
- We do not offer refunds due to account bans or actions taken by Roblox Corporation.
- You use the Service entirely at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms at any time — continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
Payments & Refunds
Billing terms, refund policy, and key access rules
All sales are final and non-refundable. Given the digital nature of the Service and the immediate delivery of access upon purchase, we do not issue refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Account bans resulting from use of the Service.
- Failure to use the Service within the subscription period.
- Incompatibility with your executor or system configuration.
If you experience a technical issue caused solely by our Service, please contact support before requesting a dispute.
License keys are permanently tied to a single Discord account and cannot be transferred under any circumstances, including Discord account bans or changes. Attempting to share, resell, or distribute your key will result in permanent termination of access without a refund.
Each key is bound to one device via a Hardware ID (HWID). A limited number of HWID resets may be available depending on your plan. Resets are not refundable and are subject to abuse prevention limits.
Prohibited Conduct
Actions that will result in immediate termination of your access
You may not attempt to tamper with, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise modify any part of the Wisper loader, scripts, or infrastructure. This includes but is not limited to:
- Bypassing or spoofing the HWID verification system.
- Intercepting or replaying authentication tokens or API requests.
- Deobfuscating or extracting the source code of any Wisper script.
- Modifying the loader to share or redistribute access.
Any violation of this section will result in the immediate and permanent ban of your account and all associated keys from the Wisper service, with no refund. We reserve the right to pursue legal action where applicable.
Automated access to Wisper's API endpoints, brute-force attempts against authentication, and any form of denial-of-service activity are strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate permanent ban.
Technical Information
Details about how we collect and use technical information for security and system integrity
We log certain technical events (e.g., key verification attempts, script load requests) for abuse prevention and debugging. These logs are retained for a limited time and are not sold or shared with third parties.
General location data (country, region, timezone) may be derived from your IP address using a geolocation service. This is used exclusively for security and rate-limiting purposes. Your precise location is never stored.
A Hardware ID (HWID) fingerprint of your device is collected upon first key verification. It is hashed using HMAC-SHA256 before storage — the raw HWID is never retained. This binds your key to your device and prevents sharing.
Your IP address is used for rate limiting and abuse prevention and is never stored in plaintext — only a hashed representation is kept. Discord account data (username, ID, avatar) is stored for authentication purposes. We do not store your Discord email or read your messages.
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except as required by law or as necessary to operate the Service (e.g., payment processing via Stripe).
